Requirements

  • Be 18+ years or older

  • Must be a US Citizen or legal resident

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher education (preferred)

  • 1+ years of customer service experience but not required (preferred)

  • Pass a background check

  • Ability to work independently and remotely

  • If needed, willing to work with a hard-wire connection from desktop/laptop to modem via ethernet cable. (for a secure connection when working)

  • Managing incoming calls or chats

  • Responding to customer inquiries

  • Following up with clients as needed

  • Providing excellent customer service and support

  • Additionally, you will professionally maintain customer records, and data, and maintain product knowledge to ensure high-quality customer service.

  • Yes, training is provided for this role.

  • Yes, this role is 100% entry-level. You do not need prior work experience as training is provided to you.

  • Our company is based in Miami, Florida. However, we work remotely and have team members across the US.

  • This is a 1099 contracting role.

    *** If you are from one of these states you can still work with us by signing up with a friend/family address, our office address, or by acquiring a virtual address.

  • As a company, we value transparency. The pay rate depends on the contract opportunity.

    Typically pay ranges between $12 - $22+ per hour.

  • You must legally reside in the United States and be 18 years or older to work with us. You can provide your services from anywhere that is open to new applications. If you move, you can bring your work with you!

  • The following are the startup costs:

    We cover all of your Training & Certification Courses for the client you choose. This is FREE!

    The $30 background check fee will start on 9/1/22

    These fees are paid to the Service Provider, not our company.

  • We are upfront, honest, transparent, available, fun, positive, encouraging and so much more! WE WANT YOU TO SUCCEED!

  • There are dozens of client programs for you to choose from. This includes sales, customer service, technical support, email support, and chat support.

    By working for us, you will be able to choose your client, set your schedule, and get to work in your PJs!

  • Your compensation can be as little or as big as you make it. You choose the client that you want to service. Some choose their client for the compensation rate only. Some choose a client because they are open 24/7 and some choose a client that is super easy with less hourly pay. You set your own schedule and choose when and how much you work. Your paycheck is up to you!

    We have team members making up to $1500+ bi-weekly!

  • We have a low flat service fee is $49.99 per invoice which includes the $19.75 fee the Service Provider charges. The $49.99 service fee deducted from each paycheck is in place to cover essential operational expenses that enable us to provide seamless work-from-home opportunities with reputable Fortune 500 companies.

    The service fee contributes to covering various costs, including but not limited to software expenses, payroll processing, and technology maintenance. It ensures that our platform remains robust, secure, and efficient, offering you a reliable and productive work environment.

    Paydays fall on the 15th and last day of the month.

    Our low, flat service fee allows us to support you getting started, during your certification process and beyond. We want you to succeed!

  • You are responsible for your taxes. We do not take any taxes out on your behalf. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year if you earn more than $600.

  • Depending on how quickly you choose a client. The admissions process takes as little as 24 hours. Once you've completed registration and your skill assessment, you then choose a client certification course. Once certified, you can start working immediately.

    Because you are an Independent Contractor, you are in control of when and how much you work. Choose a client that has a contract that meets your needs. If you need to provide your services only during the daytime or would like a client that is open 24/7, you can choose to do so.
